Our crews will make a perimeter survey of you property. Existing property corner makers will be on-ground located and marked. All other property corners will be calculated and set by our crews. An legal description and survey plat will be prepared by our office staff and three signed/sealed copies will be made available to you.

The normal procedure would be to setup an appointment with one of our staff for a consultation. The requirements and needs of your survey will be discussed. Bring to this meeting any paperwork, such as deeds, sketches and maps that you may have. Our staff will make and evaluation and provide an estimate of cost to you.

Boundary survey costs vary, due to many circumstances, including, complexity, size, requirements and location. DDM will provided an estimate of cost, free of charge, to anyone desiring to have their land surveyed.
